Slowing down

The beginnings of slowing down…

Since the holidays I’ve been trying to come back to my body, doing yoga, breath work, and overall just slowing down. And it’s working. I can feel my body relaxing

At the same time I also see my mind going 60 miles per hours. Thinking. Analysing. Planning. Processing. Not pausing. Not relaxing. Not being present in the moment.

So this illustration is my reminder that not all things happen in a linear pattern. That things can be good and bad, easy and difficult, slow and fast, all at the same time.
