Making my world smaller for a while

I’ve been having very contradicting feelings about sharing my work lately.

I’ve been feeling more and more like cocooning myself away and not letting the world in as much when it comes to my drawings. Whilst I, at the same time, feel that illustration and storytelling (which is what I’m trying to play at) is completely pointless if it isn’t shared.

So I thought I’d try something different. As of now I’m gonna stop posting on Instagram for a while. And instead, just share my new stuff here, in my own little controlled space. Where likes and comments and hashtags aren’t part of the game.

Here I can remove myself from the social media aspect of it all, but still feel like I’m putting the work “out there” into the world. And just let it be shared organically with those of you who happen to stumble upon it.

And right now, that feels like the exact right thing for me to be doing. So for those of you who found your way here - here are a few new illustrations I’ve done whilst playing around with my iPad in the last few months. Enjoy!
